SimVentions office space has been uniquely constructed to encourage our
company's theme of 'Imagine. Create. Explore. Discover.', as well as to better address the needs of our customers. This facility includes three
conference rooms, a media lab, a large general meeting area, and a full kitchen which allows us to
to provide the highest quality Modeling & Simulation, Systems Engineering, and Software Engineering support to the Department of Defense (DoD)
and the local commercial business community.
Located just outside of historic downtown Fredericksburg, Va., SimVentions, Inc. Corporate Headquarters
offers its employees and customers a relaxing and historic setting in which to work. Local attractions
include Civil War Battlefields, the Rappahannock River, Historic Downtown Fredericksburg, George
Washington's Boyhood Home at Ferry Farm, Dixon Street Park, Paramount's Kings Dominion, The University of Mary Washington, The Spotsylvania
Technology Center,
and many great local restaurants, shops, golf courses, churches, and antique stores.
Our Fredericksburg Office location also provides us easy and ready access to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) - Dahlgren VA,
The Quantico Marine Base - Quantico VA, Fort A.P. Hill - Caroline County VA, Washington D.C. Beltway, Crystal City VA, Washington Navy Yard - Washington D.C., and Richmond VA. These locations
can be accessed via Interstate and State Highways, HOV Lanes, and/or VRE/Amtrack Train Service from the Fredericksburg Train Station.
General Directions:
From I-95: Take Exit 130A - Fredericksburg. This will place you on Route 3 East. Stay on Route 3 East until you come to
the exit for Route 2 & 17 South - exit right and merge into the far left lane. Follow 2 & 17 South, through the first light, until you come to Beulah Salisbury Drive (about 1/8 mile on the left).
Turn left onto Beulah Salisbury Drive. SimVentions is located in the second office building on the right, building #11905, Suite 502 - look for SimVentions on the door.
