SimVentions has been awarded a $32M contract to provide cybersecurity engineering services to the Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dam Neck, Virginia (CDSADN) and to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia (NSWCDD), specifically the Readiness & Training Systems Department (R Dept.) to support the Navy’s goal to ensure the sustainability of today’s systems, which depends not only on protecting the computers and networks, but also on a proactive approach in engineering the design of physical systems with cybersecurity incorporated from the beginning of system development. These cybersecurity engineering services for this contract will include, but will not be limited to, systems analysis; systems engineering; requirements development and analysis; system development; test and evaluation; system deployment; cybersecurity compliance; system security architecture; and life-cycle management. The contract is for five years and will run through June of 2022.
