We had the privilege of continuing one of our favorite end of the year traditions at last week’s Annual Christmas Party! Our employees and their guests gathered at the Fredericksburg Nationals stadium to celebrate the holidays together and to announce the winners of our 2021 Core Value Awards! For each award, one person from our leadership team shared what that award meant, the finalists, and the winner. Below are the descriptions and winners of each award:
The Customer Passion Award is for those who have relentless focus on delighting the customer to earn and keep customer trust. This year’s winner was Homer from our Asymmetric Strike Group (ASG)!
The Continuous Development Award goes to those who constantly invest in themselves, their team, and the company, resulting in ever increasing value to ourselves and everyone around us. This year’s award went to our incredible Human Resources team: Kristi, Stacey, Libby, Catra, and Tricia!
The Technical Excellence Award is for those continually achieving the consistent, exceptional quality of our solutions that delights customers and exceeds their expectations. The 2021 Technical Excellence Award went to the Electronic Warfare and Combat Systems Group’s (ECG) Mike!
The Integrity & Teamwork Award goes to those that are trustworthy, honest, and accountable while demonstrating commitment, cooperation, and respect to their team. This year’s winner went to Jessi on our Business Development team!
The Enthusiasm & Effort Award is given to those with the drive to meet and exceed project objectives, personal goals, and customer expectations. The award this year went to ASG’s Jessica!
The Innovation Award is for those that continuously create or adapt ideas in a novel way that adds significant value to an existing product, process, or service, thereby making a difference in the lives of our customers. The 2021 Innovation Award went to David from our Technology Solutions Group (TSG)!
Lastly, the Financial Stewardship & Growth Award celebrates those who care for and maximize resources while expanding the economic impact and stability for our employees. The award this year went to Jason from our Cyber Security Group (CSG)!
