SimVentions employee-owners recently had the privilege of attending the much-anticipated annual SimV Christmas Party. Employee-owners and their guests gathered at the Fredericksburg Nationals Stadium to celebrate the holidays together and to announce the finalists and winners of the 2022 Core Value Awards (CVAs)! For each CVA, a member of the Executive Leadership Team spoke on the significance of the award, announced the finalists, and award winners.
CVAs and Winners:
The Customer Passion Award is for those who have relentless focus on delighting the customer to earn and keep customer trust. The 2022 winners are the Technology Investment Planning and Execution Reporting System (TIPERS)team from the Technology Solution Group (TSG): Tyler, Jeremy, and Traci!
The Continuous Development Award goes to those who constantly invest in themselves, their team, and the company, resulting in ever increasing value to ourselves and everyone around us. The 2022 award went to Amanda in the SimV Corporate Solutions (SCS) Group!
The Technical Excellence Award is for those continually achieving the consistent, exceptional quality of our solutions that delights customers and exceeds their expectations. The 2022 Technical Excellence Award went to the Elektra Team from our Electronic Warfare and Combat Systems Group (ECG): Daniel, Lisa, Harry, Jacob, John, Jeremy, and Jace!
The Integrity and Teamwork Award goes to those that are trustworthy, honest, and accountable while demonstrating commitment, cooperation, and respect to their team. The 2022 winners are from the Asymmetric Strike Group’s (ASG) Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) Help Desk: Taylor, Jason, and Christina!
The Enthusiasm and Effort Award is given to those with the drive to meet and exceed project objectives, personal goals, and customer expectations. The award for 2022 went to Dave from our Cybersecurity Group (CSG)!
The Innovation Award is for those that continuously create or adapt ideas in a novel way that adds significant value to an existing product, process, or service, thereby making a difference in the lives of our customers. The 2022 Innovation Award went to Matt from CSG!
Lastly, the Financial Stewardship and Growth Award celebrates those who care for and maximize resources while expanding the economic impact and stability for our employee-owners. The award this year went to Allen from ECG!
