Fredericksburg, VA, 10-03-2023: SimVentions was awarded a $720,000 Marine Corps contract to increase functionality and add new capabilities for the human performance tool, Mission Task Analysis Tool web (MTATweb). MTATweb provides a structured framework for the human systems analyst to organize data and relationships for mission context, system capabilities, tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and mission scenarios. The tool provides needed capabilities to the Manpower, Personnel, and Training competency by increasing knowledge sharing and requirements gathering of task analysis and Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) factors. MTATweb aligns MPT, systems engineering, and HSI, ensuring the end acquisition effort for the Warfighter is safe and adequately manned and trained.
