With a tenure of nearly 13 years at SimVentions, Blaine has served as the VP for Business Development for the past four years.
A distinguished veteran, Mr. Alexander’s background as a Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) Technician/Supervisor and Surface Warfare Specialist brings a unique warfighter perspective to his extensive 20+ years of experience in program management, business development, and leadership. In his role as VP of Business Development, Blaine has been at the forefront of steering SimV’s Business Development efforts.
In his elevated role as Senior VP of Business Development, Blaine will ensure the growth of the SimV funnel occurs with qualified opportunities that align with the financial, geographical, and technical diversity targets outlined in the SimV Strategic Development Plan (SDP). His responsibilities extend to providing executive leadership throughout SimV and more specifically to the BD organization, maintaining the effectiveness of BD/capture/proposal processes, tools, staffing, and training. Blaine also oversees the alignment of SimV’s social media, branding, and marketing strategy with SDP objectives.
