Presented by the Stafford County Economic Development Authority (EDA) during its annual Business Appreciation Reception, the award honors a business, organization, or individual that demonstrates selfless community care through service, generosity, and support for others. SimVentions was named a co-recipient of the award alongside Hilldrup, with both organizations recognized for their commitment to philanthropy, volunteerism, and community impact.
Named in honor of longtime EDA member Donald H. Newlin, the award recognizes those who make a meaningful difference through community service and stewardship.
