Responsible for establishing and coordinating business growth objectives for the company.

Paul Gustavson
Oversees development and integration of technological capabilities and processes.

Ryan VanderWijst
Responsible for the management of corporate financial strategy, implementation, and performance.

Robert Fidler
Oversees equipment upgrades, supervises IT team members, and presides over IT-related projects.

Tram Chase
Oversees the development of tools and technologies for the company and leads the Technology Solutions Group.

Brad Neal
Provides leadership and management for the Electronic Warfare and Combat Systems Group.

Jason Doering
Provides leadership, management, and engineering support for the Asymmetric Warfare Group.

John Lysher
Provides leadership, management, and oversight for SimVentions’ Cybersecurity programs and projects.

Jennifer Bonney
Responsible for ensuring corporate compliance to all State, Federal and financial agencies.

Adam VanderWijst
Responsible for planning, development, organization, and implementation of the company’s human resource function.

Randy Walker
Provides technical direction to the application of engineering process, policy, and practice.

Troy Sizemore
Responsible for leading and managing the SimVentions contracts and purchasing department.

Scot Forry
Responsible for managing and implementing industrial site security for SimVentions.
