Larry leads the Board of Directors and is responsible for executing the strategic and cultural direction of the company. He strives to keep two simple ideas at the forefront of who SimVentions is:

- Cofounded SimVentions (2000)

- Developed real-time tactical systems for the Navy and Marine Corps
- Technical support and leadership to the Navy and the Department of Defense (DoD) in core areas of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Modeling & Simulation

Provides executive leadership to the daily operations while focusing on customer success, technical excellence, and execution of SimV’s strategy.
Blaine Alexander
Responsible for establishing and coordinating business growth objectives for the company.
Ryan VanderWijst
Oversees the SimV Finance and Contracts departments, ensuring sound financial performance while providing strategic analysis for growth and innovation.
Tram Chase
Oversees the development of tools and technologies for the company and leads the Technology Solutions Group.
Brad Neal
Provides leadership and oversight for SimVentions’ Electronic Warfare and Combat Systems programs and projects.
Jason Doering
Provides leadership and management to our strike warfare, anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP), and strategic weapons system projects.
Jennifer Bonney
Responsible for ensuring the compliance of all corporate financial reports and managing all internal financial processes.
Adam VanderWijst
Responsible for planning, development, organization, and implementation of the company’s human resource and recruiting functions.
Randy Walker
Serves as the technical extension of company operations, ensuring all aspects of operational performance are infused with technical rigor and excellence.

Responsible for the oversight of the Contracts and Procurement departments.
