- Over 25 years of experience with tool creation for data management, Human Systems Integration (HSI), Command and Control (C2) systems, acquisition, and visualization
- Over 25 years of experience with combat system engineering, development, and concept development
- University of Mary Washington (BS in Math and Computer Science)
